This Privacy Policy explains what data the Clockwork Apps suite for the Wix App Market accesses, stores, and shares. It covers two apps: Bulk Price Scheduler and Bulk SEO Meta Editor (collectively, "the Apps"). Both apps are operated by Clockwork Apps ("we", "us"). When you install one of the Apps on your Wix site, it is granted permission by Wix to read and modify your site's product catalogue through the official Wix Stores API. Specifically the Apps can:
The Apps do not access customer orders, customer personal data, payment information, or any part of your site outside the Wix Stores product catalogue.
The Apps do not operate a backend database. We do not copy, cache, or persist your product data on our servers. Every read happens live against the Wix Stores API at the moment you view a page in the App; every write is sent directly back to Wix Stores. When you close the App, nothing remains on our side.
This means: there is no account to delete, no data export we can provide, and no data breach surface involving your product catalogue on our infrastructure.
The Apps include an in-app support form. When you submit that form, the message (your name, email address, and the text you typed) is delivered to our support inbox (clockwork.ecom@gmail.com) via Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). We keep these support emails in our inbox for as long as necessary to answer your question and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference. If you want a support email deleted, reply to the thread and ask — we will delete it on request.
We do not use analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or advertising networks in the Apps.
The Apps run only inside the Wix site dashboard (they are admin-facing tools). Visitors to your published Wix storefront never interact with the Apps and their data is never collected by us.
Under GDPR and CCPA, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we do not store any of your product data, there is typically nothing to access, correct, or delete. For support-email deletion, see Section 3. For any other request, contact clockwork.ecom@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
All traffic between your Wix site, the Apps, and Wix Stores is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Because we do not persist your data, the most common security risk (breach of a stored dataset) does not apply. If you become aware of a security issue, please email clockwork.ecom@gmail.com.
The Apps are business tools for Wix site owners. They are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through the App Market listing description.
